A Young girl was caught riding the Subway without a ticket and she was handed over to the Special Spanking Unit. Detective Monique arrested her and was supposed to make up a case file first and then report to the head of the unit. Instead she decided to spank the girl herself. As this was the girl's first offence she went over Monique's knee and got a sound hand spanking.
